Weddings at Madingley Hall Cambridge can be the perfect choice for your wedding day, set in the glorious Cambridgeshire countryside Madingley Hall can accommodate up to 110 guests and is licensed for civil ceremonies and you can hold the reception in the stunning building. What a spectacular place to bring your family and friends together and a place I do love to photograph weddings at, especially as I am only 15 minutes down the road.

Happy Moments Co. had the opportunity to capture J&Js wedding celebrations at this venue and would like to share some lovely pictures from the day.

WEDDING MORNINGS

You and your wedding party can spend the morning at Madingley Hall getting ready, and relax into the morning as all your wedding plans will be taken care of by a wedding coordinator for the day, and pamper yourself with the girls until the ceremony arrives.

J&Js wedding morning was very chilled with the girls at the venue in the gorgeous space with breakfast and a glass of bubbles . Then the gentleman arrived once ready to greet guests with a warm welcome.

CEREMONIES AT MADINGLEY HALL

The giant gorgeous windows and architecture of the stunning building bring the wedding together without much wedding decoration needed and you can sit a comfortable amount of guests in the ceremony room, but speak with the venue to see other location options on the grounds for your ceremony.

For J&Js celebration the guests and wedding party filled the ceremony space with so much love and smiles for J&Js wedding, a very heartfelt moment in time to capture.

WEDDING DRINKS AND CANAPÉS

Wedding drinks and canapés at the venue has a favourite spot to enjoy with guests and it’s popular choice is outside, but weather dependent and when possible the guests are served around the back of the historical building with a fantastic view of the lawn, which is overlooking the Italian gardens and beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside and all your food needs taken care of by a catering team at the venue.

This is also the perfect time to pencil in some photo time with your photographer during the drinks and canapés.

J&J were in their happy place being surrounded by hugs, laughter and Swedish cake with family and friends. Their priority was candids and some special memories of the children, and it was a pleasure to photograph.

WEDDING BREAKFAST / RECEPTION

Weddings at Madingley Hall are big enough to suit all needs, whether you decide to have a home reception off-site or have it at the venue, they can accommodate you and your vision.

During J&Js lovely wedding we headed for a home garden-style reception and it was truly stunning.
